Not impressed.
I should have been told i'd need a snow shovel and a broom just to get near the door. Difficult to get door open( latch rusty and frozen) snow piled two feet in front of and against door. I had nothing to sweep snow out of storage area with after finally got door open.Then hard to shut door again since snow and ice had gotten into the tracks.

This facility is pretty run down. The doors on the unit are rusty and the locking unit did not support the very secure lock I had purchased previously. Then when I went back to the office to purchase a lock they were out of them. The landscaping is poor with weeds and a dirt and gravel road in front of my unit. There was a storage unit open and the contents spilled out on the road, which made us worried. Also when we checked in there was no one from the actual storage facility working. It was handled by a member of the Econolodge who knew very little about the process. I am slightly worried also about the security of my belongings because of all the above mentioned.

Terrible dirty,broken door no gate no pavement
My door will not close rain probably got in last night when I 1st open the door it was filthy like I'm supposed to put on $4000 couch into it The roads are not paved there are no lights in the storage unit I wish I did not move units it is a very cheap unit

I'm so sorry to hear you werenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t satisfied with the cleanliness of the unit, if you would like we can have someone clean it. After seeing this review I personally checked on your unit. The door is shut and locked. If you have further problems with the door please let us know and we will have maintenance take a look. As discussed, the security gate is in the process of being replaced. We take the security of your belongings very seriously though and also have cameras on the gate as well as 24 hour staff onsite. Please reach out with any further concerns so we can take care of them.

CALLED AND MADE RESERVATIONS FOR UNIT . DROVE OUT TO 4344 MILESTRIP...PASSED IT UP CAUSE THERE WAS NO BUFFALO STORAGE SIGN. GO TO MOTEL TO ASK IF THEY KNOW OF A STORAGE PLACE AROUND...THEY SAID THEY ARE THE STORAGE PLACE...THEN THEY SAY THEY NEED TO DO A CREDIT CHECK...I SHOCKED , NEVER HAD A CREDIT CHECK FOR A STORAGE...
