Great deal!
I'm very happy with this facility. It definitely lived up to the reviews I read here. Barbara assisted us with our paperwork and showed us around. She was very nice, helpful, and made us feel welcomed. It's close to the 22, so very easy highway access if you don't live in Garden Grove. Very happy with the security. You have to enter your code to get in and out of the gate, and also to get in the elevator to the storage units. The road next to the units is a little narrow, which is where you park while loading/unloading, but it wasn't a problem for us at all. There's music playing in the building with the storage units, which was really nice! We happened to come a little after 1pm and no one was in the office - there was a sign saying they'll return at 2pm, so we ran some errands and came back. Barbara apologized and explained she was there by herself that day, and that it wasn't the norm, so I didn't let it affect my review here, but thought I would mention it because I want the review to be 100% honest. Overall, I'm very happy and would definitely recommend them to others! :-)
