First impressions - very positive
From the moment I arrived, I noticed how clean and well-maintained the property was. The grounds and office area were organized, tidy, and gave the impression of a professionally managed facility. The office manager Joni who assisted me during check-in was friendly, cheerful, and genuinely seemed to enjoy her work. That stood out to me because positive attitudes like that usually reflect a well-run business. She was also very knowledgeable about the facility and took the time to help me find an option that fit my needs rather than simply trying to rent me a unit. Based on my initial experience, this place appears to be organized, efficient, and customer-focused. While I've only recently become a customer, my first impressions have been very positive, and I feel confident that I made the right choice for storing my belongings. I have high hopes for my experience here going forward.

Immaculately Clean, High-tech Storage Unit!
Northside Storage at Hilltop in Montrose, CO offers immaculately clean, new high-tech units with keyless technology efficiently operated from your mobile phone app for facility entry, unit access and lock/unlock, and facility excellent. The bonus is the panoramic view of the San Juan Range and the location is easily accessed off CO Hwy 50 on the northeast side of Montrose.
