Did noit get the unit I reserved
I am disappointed because the Unit I reserved was unavailable when I arrived, They put my stuff in a more expensive unit and assured me that a unit should become available before my two months free is over. However, if it is not they want me to pay full price. I don't think so!!! The staff however, is very friendly and helpful

Very Helpful Staff
The man at the front desk was extremely helpful and soooo nice. He made me feel comfortable leaving my furniture in this space. The service elevator is very big which made my move easy.

Would not go back
I reserved a 9 x 10 storage area 1 week in advance. I showed up at facility with my items and they informed me that the reservation was on record however, they are doing construction in the basement where my reserved storage unit is located. Because of the construction I would not be able to lease it and on top of this they had no other units available in the size I reserved or bigger (only smaller -not helping me out at all). I turned my business down the street to Cubesmart and I will not go back to another Storage Post.
