Poor customer service by phone with Storage Rentals of American.
Make sure you speak with the owner directly when renting your unit here. The Customer Service setup and poor communication caused our family loss of our money and time. We are out of $500.00, the cost of movers to help with our family move. The weekend wasted due to our time waiting to move our things into the storage, but no one was there to let us in. Plus many other major inconveniences and out of pocket expenses.

Horrible, nothing but issues
I've had nothing but issues since I rented his unit. Code I was given didn't work, storage unit was still being rented, storage door fell off, was locked in the gate because I tried to exit 3 min past 10. Now my access is denied.
