Great customer service when initially moved in. No complaints since. Only problem is that I HAD to purchase insurance, not anything valuable in storage. Otherwise...

Great Service from the manager
Great Service from the manager. Quick and easy to find details online. I Only have a couple of concerns: 1.) I should have been informed in advance I would be charged $19.00 for a pad lock 2.) The inside walls should be sealed. Upon moving in there are bugs running around, and just run away under the wall. That does not leave a good secure feeling.
