I feel like a member of a great community not just a paying customer!!
Since the first day I walked in to Mini U Storage I felt like I was going to be taken care of properly. All of the employees ( I think I have met them all ) have been so helpful. I am in a tough spot in my life right now and lost my job and I am a single mother of two. So sometimes when I am there I am in a bad mood or very depressed. Every single time to no avail someone always comes by and chats with me . Before I know it I feel like I have more hope and everything will be ok. I have to come in sometimes at night which usually there is no way I would do that as a single woman but their is always security and I am not afraid at all. I have rented several storage units before and believe me when I say this - Mini U Storage is by far the best I have had the pleasure of storing my things. I highly recommend this particular location . Very helpful and very reliable.

My unit was always clean and ready for move in! And it is at an easy to commute to location! What more could you really ask for?! This unit has always beat all other prices and I have yet to have any negative experiences or interactions with them.

Reserved online on Saturday evening, stopped by the facility on Sunday morning and got my unit. Staff was friendly. Grounds were clean. Unit was good. No complaints here! Location is accessible to 495, 395, & 95.
